Back by request: Power Yoga
Build strength and increase flexibility while improving your cardiovascular ability in this challenging power yoga class. Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) will be used to warm up the body, focus the mind and find a steady flow of breath that syncs with each movement. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced students.
