Starting October 15, Caitlin Iles (certified nutritional practitioner and culinary nutrition expert) will be running a 28-day Fall Into Fitness Program designed to help you implement healthy habits and dietary practices in your life so you can start living a life full of boundless energy. If your clothes are fitting a little snug, you’re struggling with gas and bloating after meals, or you just want to kickstart your healthy lifestyle, this is the program for you. You’ll be making over your meals, slimming your waistline and detoxing your body.

“After you learn about the foods that are keeping you sick, and the best foods for healing your body, I promise you’ll see amazing results,” says Iles. “Bloating after meals will become a thing of the past, and your energy level will skyrocket. You’ll start accomplishing in one day what used to take you a week.”

Caitlin will be giving out nutritional guidelines, menu plans and recipes. Plus she’s designed fun weekly challenges to help push you out of your comfort zone to achieve the life of your dreams. You’ll also have access to the private Facebook group where you can pick her brain, offer others support and build community!
